摘要
利用正交设计试验,对影响U78CrV热处理钢轨移动式闪光交流焊焊接质量最重要的参数,进行焊接工艺试验。得出了U78CrV最佳焊接工艺参数,分析焊接工艺参数与焊接质量之间的关系。优化焊接工艺参数,提高焊接工艺参数调试效率,快速积累调试经验。
The orthogonal design test was used to test the most important parameters affecting themobile flash-butt welding quality of U78 CrV heat treating rail. The optimum welding parameters of U78 CrV were obtained,and the relationship between welding parameters and welding quality was analyzed. Welding parameters were optimized to improve debugging efficiency of welding parameters and quickly accumulate debugging experience.
