云纹石斑鱼(♀)×鞍带石斑鱼(♂)杂交F_1与亲本的形态学比较

Morphological Comparison Between Epinephelus moara, E. lanceolatus and Their Hybrid F_1

【目的】比较研究云纹石斑鱼(Epinephelus moara♀)×鞍带石斑鱼(E. lanceolatus♂)杂交F_1与亲本的形态学特征。【方法】运用常规测量方法测量杂交F_1与亲本3个群体幼鱼的形态学指标,对3个群体的12项可量、可数性状进行杂种指数分析和聚类分析。【结果】杂交F_1鱼体呈棕褐色,体侧具有6条深棕色横带,头部和体表密布白色点状和块状斑纹,各鳍呈灰褐色;可量、可数的性状中有5项性状偏向云纹石斑鱼,6项性状偏向鞍带石斑鱼,1项与两者相同;聚类分析表明,杂交F_1与鞍带石斑鱼聚为一类。【结论】杂交F_1的外部形态较接近于鞍带石斑鱼,体色和条纹较接近于云纹石斑鱼。

【Objectives】To study the morphological characteristics of the hybrid F1 by Epinephelus moara(♀) × E. lanceolatus(♂) and the relationship of the parents’ offspring.【Method】The morphological characteristics of the hybrid F1 by E. moara(♀) × E. lanceolatus(♂) and the parents’ offspring were measured by conventional morphometrics. Twelve traits of the countable and the measurable characteristics of E. moara, E. lanceolatus and the hybrid F1 were analyzed by hybrid index analysis and cluster analysis. 【Result】 The body of hybrid F1 was brown, with six dark brown horizontal bands on its side, white spots and massive markings on its head and body surface, and its fins were grayish-brown. There were five traits approached to E. moara, six traits approached to E. lanceolatus and one trait was the same with E. moara and E. lanceolatus. The result of cluster analysis showed that the hybrid F1 by E. moara(♀) × E. lanceolatus(♂) was close to the male in the aspect of morphology. 【Conclusion】 The morphological characteristics of the hybrid F1 were close to E. lanceolatus, and the appearance was closed to E. moara.
