中国明对虾放流苗种的氨基酸含量、免疫力及消化力分析 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】分析中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)放流苗种的氨基酸组分与含量、免疫酶活性、消化酶活性。【方法】2016年取辽宁盘锦、营口和金州3家增殖放流承担单位的中国明对虾苗种,用氨基酸自动分析仪分析氨基酸组分,用试剂盒测定免疫相关酶、消化酶活性。【结果】1)不同产地的中国明对虾苗种氨基酸含量差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),其中必需氨基酸(EAA)/总氨基酸(TAA)由高到低依次为营口组、盘锦组、金州组;2)不同产地苗种超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),由高到低依次为盘锦组、营口组、金州组,但金州组苗种磷酸酶(ACP、AKP)的活性均明显高于其余两组(P <0.05);3)淀粉酶(AMS)活性由高到低依次为金州组、盘锦组、营口组,而脂肪酶(LPS)和胃蛋白酶的活性由高到低均依次为盘锦组、营口组、金州组(P <0.05)。【结论】3组中国明对虾放流虾苗蛋白质质量均较佳,金州组虾苗的免疫活力低于盘锦和金州组。 【Objective】To analyze the amino acid composition and content, immune enzyme activity, and digestive enzyme activity of the juvenile shrimps released in Panjin, Yingkou and Jinzhou in Liaoning province in 2016. 【Method】The juveniles Fenneropenaeus chinensis were collected, and their amino acid composition were analyzed by automatic amino acid analyzer. Their immune enzyme activity and digestive enzyme activity were analyzed according to the kits.【Result】1) There was a significant difference in amino acid content in shrimps among these different released hatcheries(P < 0.05). The value of essential amino acids(EAA)/total amino acids(TAA) showed the tendency of Yingkou > Panjin > Jinzhou; 2) The values of both of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), and peroxidase(POD) showed the trend of Panjin > Yingkou > Jinzhou(P< 0.05), but the shrimp seeds derived from Jinzhou had a significantly higher value of phosphoric acid enzymes(ACP, AKP) than that of the other two hatcheries(P< 0.05); 3). In the analysis of digestive enzymes, the activity of amylase(AMS) showed the trend of Jinzhou > Panjin > Yingkou; but the activities in both of lipase(LPS) and pepsin showed the trend of Panjin > Yingkou > Jinzhou(P< 0.05) 【Conclusion】The immunization activity of the shrimp juveniles originated from Jinzhou is lower than that from Panjin and Jinzhou.
