多个牙位种植导板手术的临床护理及预后效果探讨

Clinical Nursing and Prognostic Effect of Multiple Tooth Implant Guided Plate Surgery

目的:探讨多个牙位种植导板手术的临床护理及预后效果。方法:选取2013年9月-2017年9月于笔者医院行计算机导板引导下多颗牙种植的80例手术患者为研究对象,对患者做好各种临床护理工作,观察患者术后手术成功率,感染及并发症情况。结果:共植入322颗种植牙,成功319颗,三颗种植体脱落原因为患者未遵循医嘱咀嚼过硬食物所致,种植手术成功率为99.07%。术后患者均未出现切口撕裂、感染及并发症情况。术后随访80例患者,其中有20例患者食用冰镇类液体时出现疼痛敏感症状,17例患者进食带酸味的食物或液体时出现疼痛敏感症状,7例患者出现种植牙松动现象。80例患者中44例患者对护理表示十分满意;27例表示满意,9例表示不满意。结论:计算机辅助设计与制作种植导板引导下多颗牙种植手术,通过精心、高要求、规范的护理可大幅度提升患者手术成功率,且减少患者感染、撕裂、并发症等发生。但患者在此之后食用冷、酸食物时出现敏感症状需进行进一步研究。

Objective Clinical nursing and prognostic effect of multiple dental implant plate operation.Methods From September 2013 to September 2017,80 patients with multiple dental implants under the guidance of computer guide board were selected as the research objects.The patients were given various kinds of clinical nursing work to observe the postoperative success rate,infection and complications.Results A total of 322 implants were implanted,319 were successfully implanted,and 3 implants fell off because the patients did not follow the doctor's orders to chew hard food.The success rate of implant implantation was 99.07.No incision laceration,infection and complications were found in all patients.During the follow-up period,20 out of 80 patients developed pain sensitive symptoms while consuming chilled liquids.17 patients developed pain sensitive symptoms when eating sour food or liquid.7 patients developed implant tooth loosening.44 out of 80 patients Patients were satisfied with nursing care.27 patients expressed satisfaction with nursing care and 9 patients expressed dissatisfaction with nursing care.Conclusion Computer-aided design and fabrication of implant guide plate guided Multi-dental implant surgery through careful,high-demand,standardized care can greatly improve the success rate of patients after surgery,and can reduce the incidence of infection,tear,complications and so on.But after that,the patient ate cold,acid food when the sensitive symptoms need to be further studied.
