摘要
发达国家建立了相对比较完善的校外教育体系,形成了以规范为见长的校外教育机构,以特色为取向的校外教育课程,以内涵为宗旨的校外教育师资,以实践为导向的校外教育评价和以多元为主体的校外教育治理经验。我国校外教育的改革需要进一步提升校外教育机构水平,规范校外教育发展之路;完善校外教育课程内容,形塑校外教育发展特色;提高校外教育师资水平,实现校外教育内涵发展;健全校外教育评价方式,创新校外教育发展机制;加强校外教育协同治理。
Developed countries have set up a relatively perfect system of after-school education and formed rich experiences including after-school education institutions which are well known by their standards,characteristic-oriented after-school education courses,after-school education teachers with the aim of connotation,practice-oriented after-school education evaluation and multivariate measures as the main body for after-school education management. It is necessary to further improve the level of education institutions and standardize the development path of after-school education,improve the after-school education course content,shape the characteristics of after-school education development,improve the quality of teachers of after-school education,realize the connotation development of after-school education,improve the after-school education evaluation method and innovate the after-school education development mechanism,and to strengthen the coordinated management of after-school education.
