摘要
“惩戒”概念的模糊以及限度的失控使其成为教育活动中一种矛盾性的存在,而对“惩戒”对象主客体认识的刻板印象也使这种矛盾性更加突出,这使“惩戒”成为教育的“不能承受之重”。实际上,“惩戒”与教育有着密切的联系,而其联系始于游戏,终于人性的完满。但当“惩戒”被运用于教育活动中时,容易步入两个误区:将“惩戒权”变为独裁的资本,以及难以把握惩戒的“尺度”。而走出误区则需要正视教育惩戒中的规则和程序问题,即将游戏与惩戒相结合,最终使“惩戒”回归教育。
The ambiguity of the concept of“discipline”and the loss of the limit have made it a contradictory existence in educational activities.The stereotype of the subject and object of“discipline”objects also makes this contradiction more prominent,and all of these make the education unable to tolerate the“discipline”.In fact,the“discipline”and education have a close relationship,and its connection starts from the game,and end with the perfection of humanity.However,when“discipline”is used in educational activities,it is easy to enter into two misunderstandings:turning the“discipline”into dictatorial capital,and it is difficult to grasp the“scale”of“discipline”.Getting rid of these misunderstandings needs to face up to the disciplinary practice rules and procedures,which is to combine the games with discipline,and eventually make the“discipline”return to education.
