摘要
按摩椅机芯的工作原理主要是由马达驱动各连接机构,使用轴承作为传动介质,采用固定座,偏心轮等机构,通过按摩球实现揉捏、捶打、指压、滚动抚摸等按摩方式。这些按摩动作往复深入肌肉及穴位进行深度刺激,可以消除肌肉紧张、僵硬和酸痛,舒缓放松神经,恢复按摩部位的舒适,各动作可以对整个背部实施做动。目前,在测试过程中,多次发生机芯马达处的轴承产生异音直至测试失效,为了使按摩椅产品的设计更加合理化,使用更加安全,故进行了此次机芯马达轴承测试失效分析。
Working principle of massage chair movement is motor mainly driving connecting mechanisms with transmission medium of bearings,to realize kneading,hammering,finger pressing,rolling touch and other massage methods through massage balls with fixed seat and eccentric wheel and other mechanisms.These massage movements reciprocate deep stimulation into muscles and acupoints,eliminate muscle tension,stiffness and soreness,relax nerves,restore comfort of massage parts,and massage entire back through each action.Currently,during test process,bearings at movement motor have abnormal sound many times until test failure.To design massage chair products more reasonable and safer,we carry out the failure analysis of movement motor bearing test.
