Th22细胞及其特征性细胞因子IL-22在神经系统疾病中的研究 被引量:2

摘要 辅助性T细胞(T helper cell,Th)22是在基因表达及功能方面都有别于Th17细胞的新型T细胞亚群[1]。Th22细胞的表面特征性识别因子为CC趋化因子受体(CC chemokinereceptor,CCR)6、CCR10和CCR4,关键转录因子为多环芳香烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,AHR)。Th22细胞亚群产生特征性细胞因子IL-22,其功能取决于信号转导和转录激活因子3(signal transduction and activators of transcription,STAT3)的活化[2]。IL-22属于IL-10细胞因子家族,通过细胞因子受体发挥生物学效应。细胞表面IL-22受体复合体是由IL-22R1和IL-10R2构成的异二聚体受体链[3],后者也是IL-10、IL-26和IL-28/IL-29受体的辅助受体链[4]。
