非淀粉多糖酶是消除谷物抗营养因子效应的主要饲料添加剂。随着非常规饲料原料的开发和非常规日粮的使用,非淀粉多糖酶制剂的使用越来越普遍。文章就非淀粉多糖酶制剂的种类、作用机制及其在畜禽生产中的应用效果进行综述。

The non-starch polysaccharides enzyme preparation is the main feed additive to eliminate the anti-nutrient factor effect of grain. With the development of unconventional feed and unconventional diets, the use of non-starch polysaccharide enzyme preparations is becoming more common. This article reviewed the types, mecha? nism of NSP enzyme preparations and effect on the animal production.
