左旋咪唑残留危害及检测方法研究进展

Research Progress on Residual Toxicity and Detection Methods of Levamisole

左旋咪唑是一种广谱、高效、安全的驱虫药,在牛、猪、羊、犬、鸡等养殖过程中大量应用。如果养殖者超量应用或不遵守休药期会导致动物源性组织中含有大量左旋咪唑残留,左旋咪唑残留随着在人体内长时间累积,会造成人多种器官和系统产生严重不良反应,所以左旋咪唑残留检测对动物性食品安全有着极其重要的意义。文章综述了左旋咪唑的应用现状、残留危害、残留检测等方面的研究进展。

Levamisole is a wide spectrum, efficient and safe anthelmintic drug. It is widely used in cattle, pig, sheep, dog, chicken and so on. If the farmers overuse or do not observe the period of taking the medicine, the residue of levamisole in the animal derived tissues will be caused by the long accumulation of levamisole in the human body. Therefore, the detection of levamisole residues is of great importance to animal food safety. In this paper, the current application of levamisole, residual hazard and residue detection were reviewed.
