作为党和政府构建终身教育体系和学习型社会的重要力量——开放大学的建设,需要主动顺应教育信息化2. 0时代与智能教育的发展趋势,积极推进开放大学办学模式变革,继续优化办学结构体系,实现开放教育内涵式发展;打造高度智能化学习平台,充分拓展开放大学平台教育功能,切实提高开放教育公共服务水平;全面贯彻终身教育理念,强化学员自适应教育,以学分银行制度建设促进教育可持续发展;坚持教育回归生活本位思想,关注人类整体生存状态。

Open University construction,as an important force of the Party and learning-oriented society,needs to actively adapt themselves to the reform of the educational form and perfect themselves in the following aspects.We should conform it to the trend of the education informationization 2.0 and intelligent education,continue to optimize the school structure system so as to realize the connotative development of open education,create a highly intelligent learning platform to fully expand the educational function of open universities and improve the public service level of open education,implement the concept of lifelong education and strengthen learners' self-adapting learning skills in order to realize the sustainable development of education via the construction of credit bank system,persisting in the thought of education returning to life and closely pay attention to the living state of mankind.
