高校老年大学运行保障机制的完善策略——来自台湾地区乐龄大学的经验

The Sound Strategies for the Security Mechanism of Senior-university's Operation Hosted by University——Experience from Senior Colleges in Taiwan Region

如何进一步完善高校老年大学运行的保障机制,促进高校老年大学平衡、充分发展,满足老年人对终身学习的期望,是高校老年大学亟需破解的难题。通过借鉴我国台湾地区乐龄大学运行保障机制的经验,提出高校老年大学运行保障机制完善策略:健全法律政策,完善法律保障机制;健全管理体系,完善组织保障机制;提供办学经费,完善资金保障机制;设置多元课程,完善课程保障机制;整合教学资源,完善投入保障机制;保障教学质量,健全质量监督机制。

It is an imperative problem to be solved for university to further complete the security mechanism of Senior-university's operation hosted by university.This paper promotes the balance and full development of Senior-university hosted by university,and meets the expectations of the elderly for lifelong learning.By drawing on the experience of the guarantee mechanism of Senior university's operation in Taiwan,it puts forward several sound strategies including improving the legal policy to complete the legal guarantee mechanism,improving the management system to complete the organizational guarantee mechanism,providing school-running funds to complete the financial guarantee mechanism,setting up multiple courses to improve the curriculum guarantee mechanism; integrating teaching resources to improve the input guarantee mechanism; and guaranteeing the quality supervision mechanism.
