气囊仿生助产技术对初产妇顺产妊娠结局的影响

Effect of bionic midwifery on pregnancy outcomes of primiparas

目的探讨气囊仿生助产技术对初产妇顺产妊娠结局的影响。方法将100例初产妇随机均分为对照组与观察组。对照组采取常规产程处理,观察组采取气囊仿生助产技术处理。比较2组初产妇的产程时间、顺产率、会阴侧切情况、产后并发症以及新生儿出生结局。结果观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间和总产程时间均显著短于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组顺产率显著高于对照组,剖宫产率、会阴侧切率均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组并发症发生率4. 00%,显著低于对照组20. 00%(P <0. 05)。2组新生儿的活婴比例、转儿科比例和出生体质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论气囊仿生助产技术能缩短初产妇顺产的产程时间,降低会阴侧切率,改善母婴结局。

Objective To investigate the effect of bionic midwifery on the pregnancy outcomes of spontaneous delivery of primiparas.Methods A total of 100 primiparas in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group chose with routine labor,while the observation group was treated with assisted bionic midwifery technology.The duration of labor,spontaneous delivery rate,lateral episiotomy,postpartum complications and neonatal outcomes were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section and lateral episiotomy in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.00%vs.20.00%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in ratio of alive infants to the death,pediatric transferred infants and the birth weight(P>0.05).Conclusion Balloon bionic midwifery technology can shorten the duration of labor,reduce the rate of lateral episiotomy,and improve the prognosis.
