鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的疗效观察

Efficiency observation of endoscopic sinus surgery in treatment of patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)的临床效果。方法将86例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者按照入院顺序分为对照组43例(实施传统鼻腔解剖术)与观察组43例(实施鼻内镜下鼻腔解剖术)。比较2组术中相关指标及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率97. 70%,显著高于对照组86. 00%(P <0. 05)。2组治疗后手术时间、术中出血量、VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 NIP患者实施鼻内镜术式治疗安全有效,能减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of endoscopic sinus surgery in treatment of patients with nasal inverted papilloma(NIP).Methods A total of 86 NIP patients were divided into control group and observation group according to registration number,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in control group and in observation group were treated with conventional nasal dissection and endoscopic sinus surgery respectively.The intra-operative indexes and efficiency were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.70%,which was significantly higher than 86.00%of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in operation time,intra-operative bleeding volume and VAS score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is safe and effective for NIP patients,which can reduce intra-operative blood loss,shorten operation time and promote recovery.
