冠心病支架术后患者的延续性护理探讨

Effect of continuous nursing for patients after coronary artery stenting

目的探讨延续性护理对冠状动脉粥性硬化性心脏病(冠心病)支架术后患者自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取心血管内科行经皮冠状动脉支架植入术的患者100例,分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组给予延续性护理。比较2组护理前后自我护理能力与生活质量评分差异。结果 2组护理前生活质量各维度均无统计学差异(P> 0. 05),观察组护理后生理功能、生理职能、躯体功能、社会功能、情感职能、活力、总健康均高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组不良心血管事件发生率8. 00%低于对照组的22. 00%(P <0. 05)。结论延续性护理可显著提升冠心病支架术后患者自我护理能力与生活质量,降低不良心血管事件的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of continuity nursing on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease after stent implantation.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent percutaneous coronary stenting in our department of cardiovascular medicine were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge guidance before discharge,and the observation group was given continuous care after discharge.Self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups before and after nursing were evaluated.Results There were no significant differences in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,somatic pain,social function,emotional function,vitality and total health in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 8.00%,which was significantly lower than 22.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can significantly improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after stenting,and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.
