我国工程造价管理的现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Project Cost Management in China

随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,建筑业得到了飞速发展,而同时市场竞争也日趋激烈,要想在激烈的市场竞争环境中生存,建筑企业开始日趋注重工程管理,尤其是工程造价管理。但是当前我国工程造价管理仍存在一些不足,无法满足市场经济发展需求。本文将立足于我国工程造价管理发展历程、现状,探究在工程造价管理中存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策,并结合案例分析优化工程造价管理对造价的影响,以为相关单位提供一些借鉴。

With the continuous improvement of China's economic development level, the construction industry has developed rapidly, and at the same time the market competition has become increasingly fierce. In order to survive in the fierce market competition environment, construction companies are beginning to pay more attention to project management, especially project cost management. However, there are still some shortcomings in China's current project cost management, which cannot meet the needs of market economy development. Based on the development history and current situation of project cost management in China, this paper explores the problems existing in project cost management, proposes corresponding solutions, and combines case analysis to optimize the impact of project cost management on cost, so as to provide some reference for relevant units.
