摘要
管壳式换热器是应用最广泛的换热器形式,本文采用数值模拟软件分别在3m/s、5m/s、7m/s三种进口流速条件下,对某管壳式换热器内部的流体流动和压力降情况进行了分析。结果表明,在折流板的背压面存在一定的低流速区域,影响了换热器内部空间利用率,通过增加流速的方法虽然可以一定程度上改善这种现象,但会造成压力降的急剧增加,需要采用合理的结构设计以提高换热效率。
Shell and tube heat exchanger is the most used type of heat exchanger. In this article, the fluid filed and pressure drop of a shell and tube heat exchanger are simulated while the inlet velocities of the shell side fluid are 3m/s、5m/s and 7m/s. The results show that there are low velocity areas beside every baffles and it will reduce the coefficient of the heat exchanger. It can be improved by increasing the inlet velocity, but the pressure drop will also increase. Optimizing the structures should be the better method to deal with this problem.
