目前,我国老龄化正在加剧,养老问题愈发严峻,怎样做到"老有所养,老有所依"是值得我们思考的问题。依靠互联网技术的居家智慧健康养老已经成为一个热门话题,它很好的解决了机构养老和居家养老所存在的问题,为中国未来的养老模式指明了道路,其人力服务平台的构建更是值得我们深入研究。本文本文通过对国际上现行的养老平台分析,结合我国养老现状,探究出适合我国国情的养老平台。

At present, China's aging is aggravating, the problem of old-age pension is becoming more and more serious, how to achieve "providing the elderly with a sense of security and support" is worth our thinking. Relying on Internet technology, home-based wisdom and health care has become a hot topic. It has solved the problems of institutional and home-based care, and pointed out the way for China's future pension model. The construction of its human resources service platform is worthy of our in-depth study. In this paper, through the analysis of the current international pension platform, combined with the status quo of China's pension, the pension platform suitable for China's national conditions is explored.
