摘要
以西藏卤虫孤雌生殖型的初孵无节幼虫为材料,用敲碎制片、空气干燥、Giemsa染色法对卤虫核型进行了初步研究.结果表明,西藏卤虫二倍体细胞染色体数为42条,可配成21对,分为四组,其核型公式为K2n=26m+8sm+8t,NF=76,最大的一对染色体为具有随体性染色体XX,该群体卤虫为孤雌生殖种.
The karyotype of parthenogenetic Artemia nauplius from Tibet is studied using smashed pieces,air-dried technique and Giemsa staining.The results indicated that the chromosome number of parthenogenetic Artemia diploid cells is 42 and they can be paired into 21 pairs and divided into four groups.The karyotype is K2n =26m+8sm+8t,NF=76.The largest chromosomes possessed satellites are sexual chromosomes XX and this artemia strain belongs to parthenogenesis.
