乌鲁木齐市新型城镇化与旅游产业耦合协调发展研究

The coordinated development between new urbanization and tourism industry in Urumqi

以乌鲁木齐市为研究区域,运用耦合协调模型,构建新型城镇化与旅游产业两系统综合评价指标体系,对2003—2016年乌鲁木齐新型城镇化与旅游产业耦合协调状况进行定量分析.结果表明,新型城镇化与旅游产业两系统综合发展水平逐年提升;耦合协调度值由0.386 4上升到0.943 7,实现了两系统耦合协调度从2003年的轻度失调到2006年的勉强协调再到2016年的优质协调的转变;为进一步深化两系统协调发展,需要在新型城镇化建设的契机下推进旅游产业转型升级,实施政府部门主导的多部门相互合作与监测,以产带城,提高旅游城镇化的支撑力.

Taking Urumqi City as the research area,the coupling coordination model is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of new-type urbanization and tourism industry,and a quantitative analysis is made on the coupling coordination between new-type urbanization and tourism industry in Urumqi from 2003 to 2016.The results show that the comprehensive development level of the two systems has increased year by year.The coupling coordination degree goes up from 0.386 4 to 0.943 7,which means that the coupling coordination degree between the two systems has realized the transformation from slight imbalance in 2003 to barely coordination in 2006 and then to quality coordination in 2016.In order to optimize the coordinated development further,the transformation and upgrading of tourism should be advanced under the opportunity of new urbanization and the government ought to play the leading role in multi-sectoral cooperation and monitoring to improve the support of tourism urbanization and realize the sustainable and harmonious development of both tourism and urbanization.
