乌兰察布市文化产业与旅游产业耦合协调度分析

Analysis of coupling coordination degree of cultural industry and tourism industry in Ulanqab City

通过构建文化产业与旅游产业发展水平评价指标体系,以2012—2016年乌兰察布市文化产业与旅游产业的相关数据为基础,利用耦合协调度模型对2012—2016年乌兰察布市文化产业与旅游产业耦合协调度进行定量分析.结果表明,乌兰察布市文化产业和旅游产业发展水平较低,文化产业与旅游产业耦合协调等级较低,虽有上升趋势但却不明显;从耦合类型来看,旅游产业严重滞后于文化产业发展,属于旅游滞后型.乌兰察布市应大力发展文化产业和旅游产业,从创新发展文化旅游产品,优化文化旅游产业系统结构,提升文化旅游的科技内涵,加强市场营销与区域合作以及加强文化旅游人才保障等方面入手,通过有机耦合,实现2大产业系统协调发展.

This paper constructs evaluation index system of development level of cultural industry and tourism industry.Based on the relevant data of cultural industry and tourism industry in Ulanqab City from 2012 to 2016,we evaluates coupling coordination degree of the two industries in Ulanqab City from 2012 to 2016 by using the coupling coordination model.The results show that the whole level of development of cultural industry is relatively low,and the whole level of development of tourism industry is also relatively low in Ulanqab.The grade of coupling coordination of cultural industry and tourism industry is low.It shows an upward trend,but it is still not obvious.Development of tourism industry is droping behind cultural industry.The type is tourism development droping behind. Ulanqab City should vigorously develop cultural industry and tourism industry.The coordinated development of the two industrial systems should be promoted from innovating and developing cultural tourism products,optimizing structure of cultural tourism industry,promoting scientific and technological connotation of the cultural tourism,strengthening marketing and regional cooperation and strengthening guarantee of cultural tourism talents,realizing the coordinated development of the two industrial systems through organic coupling.
