脑出血恢复期补阳还五汤加减联合康复治疗效果分析

Curative effect analysis of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy on convalescent cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨脑出血恢复期患者接受补阳还五汤加减联合康复治疗的临床价值。方法:选择河北省迁安市人民医院收诊于2015年1月至12月的80例脑出血恢复期(气虚血瘀证型)患者作为实验观察对象,同时按随机数表法将患者分配为两组,对照组(n=40)接受西医康复治疗,实验组(n=40)在其基础上施加补阳还五汤加减治疗,分析评估两组治疗对患者病情的改善情况。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者在临床疗效的优化方面更显著,总有效率提高至85.0%(34/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组在神经功能缺损评测、FMA评测及Barthel指数评测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组在神经功能缺损评测结果上较对照组显著降低,在FMA评测、Barthel指数评测上较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对气虚血瘀证型脑出血恢复期患者使用补阳还五汤加减联合西医康复治疗有确切的临床效果,并且对减轻神经缺损程度、改善患者的运动能力及生活自理能力也有明显的帮助,值得推荐。

Objective: To study the clinical value of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy in convalescent patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Eight patients with cerebral hemorrhage in convalescent period admintted to Qian’an People’s Hostipal from January to December 2015 were selected as experimental subjects. The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group (n = 40) received rehabilitation treatment with western medicine. The experimental group (n = 40) was treated with modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of treatment of control group. The improvement of patient’s condition was comparied. Results: Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group increased to85.0% (34/40),with statistical significance (P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in neurological impairment,FMA and Barthel index (P>0.05); after treatment,the neurological impairment of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the FMA and Barthel index were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction has definite clinical effect on the convalescent patients with cerebral hemorrhage. It is also helpful to alleviate the degree of nerve defect,improve the motor ability and self-care ability of patients.
