反复自然流产男方血清抗精子抗体检测的临床观察

Clinical observation of serum antisperm antibody detection in male patients with repeated spontaneous abortion

目的:探究反复自然流产夫妻男方血清抗精子抗体检测的实际临床效果。方法:选取40例反复自然流产夫妻作为试验组,均采用酶联免疫吸附试验进行血清抗精子抗体测定,同期选择40例健康男性作为对照组。对比分析2组男性的血清抗精子抗体检测结果。结果:试验组的AsAb阳性检出率(77.5%)、EMAb阳性检出率(47.5%)、ACAb阳性检出率(40.0%)、Ao Ab阳性检出率(45.0%)均显著高于对照组的7.5%、2.5%、5.0%、5.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的IgG阳性率(52.5%)、IgM阳性率(30.0%)均显著高于对照组的5.0%、2.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗精子抗体(As Ab)属于反复自然流产的主要病因之一,若检测AsAb缺乏合理性或科学性,不利于临床医师快速明确病因和制定后期治疗方案,故血清抗精子抗体检测法仍需不断改进和完善。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of serum antisperm antibody detection in couples with recurrent spontaneous a-bortion. Methods : Forty patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were selected as the experimental group. Serum antisperm antibody was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Forty healthy men were selected as the control group. The serum antisperm antibody test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results : The positive detection rate of AsAb in the experimental group, the positive detection rate of EMAb, the positive detection rate of ACAb, and the positive detection rate of AoAb were significantly higher than those in the control group (77.5% vs 7.5%, 47.5%vs 2.5%, 40.0%vs 5.0%, 45.0%vs5.0%, P<0.05). The positive rate of IgG (52.5%) and IgM positive rate (30.0%) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (52.5% vs 5.0%,30.0% vs 2.5%,P<0.05). Conclusion: Antisperm antibody (AsAb) is one of the main causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion. If the detection of AsAb lacks rationality or scientificity, it is not conducive for clinicians to quickly identify the causes and formulate late treatment plans. Therefore, the detection method of serum antisperm antibody still needs to be improved and perfected.
