摘要
以常村矿S5-9综采工作面沿空留巷为背景,分析了沿空留巷支护原理,得出了充填体必须具备的两种特性;通过在S5-9工作面胶带巷进行柔模混凝土沿空留巷,并现场对柔模体及巷道围岩变形量进行监测,结果表明:充填的柔模墙体起到了让压和抗压的双重作用,巷道顶板最大移近量为240 mm,两帮移近量为201 mm,巷道整体稳定,能够满足工作面安全回采要求。
Based on the background of roadway retention along the gob of s5-9 full-mechanized mining face in changcun mine,the supporting principle of roadway retention along the gob is analyzed,and two characteristics of backfill must be possessed are obtained.Through soft in S5-9 face tape lane,mold concrete along the empty left lane,and the scene on the body and of soft surrounding rock of roadway deformation monitoring,the results show that the filling of the soft mould wall play a dual role of the pressure and compressive,roadway roof maximum nearer to 240 mm,two nearer the amount is 201 mm,the overall stability of roadway,can satisfy the working requirements of safety mining.
