摘要 目前全国各大医院的静脉用药调配中心主要靠配药人员使用注射器配药。配药过程中存在劳动强度大、效率低、精度差的缺点。为解决这一问题,本文基于STM32F4+emWin+μC/OSIII设计了一款新型智能配液机。该配液机具有无线操控、定量准确、流量校正、操控简单等优点。配液机样机在某医院进行了长期试运行,并得到了满意的效果。 At present,pharmacy intravenous admixture srvices of major hospitals in China mainly rely on the dispensing of syringes by dispensers.In the process of dispensing,there are disadvantages of high labor intensity,low efficiency and poor precision.In order to solve these problems,a new intelligent liquid dispenser was designed on the basis of STM32F4+emWin+μC/OSIII.The liquid dispenser has the advantages of wireless control,accurate quantification,flow correction,and simple operation.The prototypes of the liquid dispenser have been tested in a hospital for a long time and achieved satisfactory results.
