摘要 本文对前期研制注册的LZFM-B型熏蒸床控温策略优化改进,参考YY/T 1306-2016行业标准对其控温性能各项指标进行检测。改进后的LZFM-B2型熏蒸床,测温传感器和热保护器设置在药槽侧壁上部、液体最大刻度线以上,并采用适合监控蒸汽温度的AI-516型人工智能PID温度控制器,直接智能监控和显示蒸汽温度,升温预热时间缩短为30 min,控温精度达±0.5℃,蒸汽温度的均匀性与稳定性波动范围在2℃以内,全面改善了智能化熏蒸床的控温性能,不仅更加符合行业标准,保证设备安全有效,也为患者提供更加舒适的熏蒸环境,值得临床推广应用。 In this paper,we carried out the optimization and improvement of the temperature control strategy of previously developed and registered LZFM-B type fumigation bed.The temperature control performance was tested according to the industry standard of YY/T 1306-2016.The temperature sensor and thermal protector of the improved LZFM-B2 fumigation bed were installed in the upper part of the sidewall of drug box,above the maximum scale line.AI-516 artificial intelligent PID temperature controller was used to monitor and display the steam temperature directly.The temperature preheating time was shortened to 30 min,with the temperature control precision of±0.5℃,and the uniformity and stability of the steam temperature ranged within 2℃.The temperature control performance of LZFM-B2 fumigation bed has been comprehensively improved,and is more in line with industry standard,which not only ensures the safety and effectiveness of the equipment,but also provides a more comfortable fumigation environment for patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
