患者床旁自助服务平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of a Patient's Bedside Self-Service Platform

目的提升住院患者满意度,提高医生护士服务效率。方法在患者床旁安装智能平板设备,部署患者床旁自助服务平台。结果实现了患者足不下地即可了解住院相关的宣教、费用、检查结果等一系列信息。结论通过平台的上线,大大提高患者住院体验,提高医护工作效率,并为医院管理的改进提供数据支撑。

Objective To improve the satisfaction of inpatients and the service efficiency of doctors and nurses.Methods A smart tablet device was installed beside the patien’s bed,and a self-service platform was deployed beside the patient’s bed.Results A series of information related to education,expenses and examination results could be obtained without enough space.Conclusion Through the launch of the platform,the inpatient experience is greatly improved,the efficiency of medical care is improved,and data support is provided for the improvement of hospital management.
