PDCA理论在我院医疗设备维修管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Theory in Maintenance Management of Medical Equipments in Our Hospital

目的运用PDCA理论对我院医疗设备维修管理工作实行改进,提高工作效率。方法针对医疗设备维修管理中存在的问题,介绍了Plan(计划)、Do(执行)、Check(检查)、Action(改进)管理方法在我院医疗设备维修管理中的应用,并对应用效果进行了评价。结果我院的医疗设备维修管理水平有了显著的提升,维修工作流程日趋规范化,医疗设备的故障率明显降低。结论恰当运用PDCA理论能够促进医疗设备维修管理工作的精细化,提高医疗设备的使用率和完好率,保证医疗设备的最优化运行。

Objective To improve the maintenance and management of medical equipment in our hospital through the application of PDCA theory,so as to improve the work efficiency.Methods In view of the problems existing in medical equipment maintenance management,the application of plan,do,check and action in medical equipment maintenance management in our hospital was introduced,and the application effect was evaluated.Results The management level of medical equipment maintenance in our hospital had been significantly improved,the work process of maintenance had been increasingly standardized,and the failure rate of medical equipment had been significantly reduced.Conclusion The application of PDCA theory can promote the refinement of medical equipment maintenance and management,improve the utilization rate and completion rate of medical equipment,and ensure the optimal operation of medical equipment.
