基于HRP的医院科室二级库耗材自动补货管理

Management of Automatic Replenishment of Secondary Storeroom for Clinical Department Based on HRP

目的通过创新医院临床科室二级库管理模式,达到有效提高医院耗材供应质量及效率,降低医院管理成本,提高耗材精细化管理程度的目的。方法针对传统临床科室二级库管理中存在的问题,以临床护理单元为单位,通过预测模型、双箱原则,设立二级库库存基数,实现达到补货点时,医院资源规划(Hospital Resource Planning,HRP)系统内自动补货,并在急诊科二级库试行,总结试行后的成效与不足。结果利用二级库耗材自动补货管理方案,急诊科二级库耗材管理规范性提高,减轻了医院物资管理工作量,提升了物流工作效率。结论基于HRP的医院科室二级库耗材自动补货管理方案实践效果良好,具有较强的科学性及可操作性,借助信息化手段、设立库存基数,有效提高了医院耗材精细化管理整体水平。

Objective Through management mode innovation of the secondary storeroom for clinical department,the quality and efficiency of hospital supplies were improved so as to reduce the costs in hospital management,and to improve the overall strength of refinement management for medical consumable material.Methods In view of the problems existing in the management of the secondary storeroom in the traditional hospital department,the inventory base of the secondary storeroom was established based on the prediction model and the double box principle in each nursing unit to realize the automatic replenishment in the HRP system when the replenishment point is reached,and it was tried in the secondary storeroom of the emergency department.The results and insufficiency after the trial was summed up.Results By using the inventory base management scheme,the secondary storeroom consumables management standard of the emergency department was improved,so as to reduce the workload of hospital material management and improve the logistics efficiency.Conclusion The automatic replenishment of the secondary storeroom for clinical department based on HRP has good practice effect,and has strong scientificity and operability.With the help of information technology,the overall level of hospital consumables refinement management has been effectively improved.
