闭合撬拨复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗成人桡骨小头骨折

The clinical effect of radial head fractures treated by the closed reduction with elastic intramedullary

目的观察闭合撬拨复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗成人桡骨小头骨折的临床疗效。方法上海杨浦区中医医院和沭阳县人民医院2015年1月—2017年11月收治的34例成人桡骨小头骨折患者(MasonⅡ型或Ⅲ型患者),采用闭合撬拨复位弹性髓内钉内固定术,观察患者术后骨折愈合及肘关节和前臂功能恢复情况。结果 34例均获随访,随访3～9(4. 6±1. 9)个月,全部骨折愈合良好,功能恢复优良,优32例,良2例,无可或差病例。结论闭合撬拨复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗成人桡骨小头骨折,创伤小,恢复快,后遗症少,临床疗效确切。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of radial head fractures treated by the closed reduction with elastic intramedullary. Methods: Thirty-four patients of the adult radial head fractures( Mason II and Mason III) from Yangpu Hospital of TCM and Shu Yang People’s Hospital( January 2015 to November 2017) were treated by the closed reduction with elastic intramedullary. Results: The total patients were followed for 3 ~ 9 months with an average of( 4. 6 ± 1. 9) months. All the fractures were healed and functions recovered well. According to elbow scale,32 were rated as excellent,2 good and 0 fair. Conclusion: The clinical effect of the closed reduction with elastic intramedullary in the treatment of radial head fractures is practical.
