摘要
目的研究双反转回复序列MRI检测在脑白质病变方面的应用。方法选取27例诊断为脑白质病变患者,分别行DWI、FLAIR及DIR序列MRI检查,统计FLAIR及DIR序列所显示的病灶数及病灶的SIR,并与所选ROI的ADC值进行相关统计学分析。结果病灶数量:DIR序列所显示的病灶呈明显高信号,总数398个,人均(14.7±15.5)个;FLAIR序列显示239个,人均(10.8±10.2)个;两者比较差异有统计学意义(Z=4.32,P=0.000)。SIR:在选取测量的100处病灶中,其DIR及FLAIR序列SIR均值分别为(6.35±3.71)、(3.50±1.61),二者比较有统计学意义(Z=7.88,P=0.000)。两种序列所显示的病灶数量均与所选ROI呈明显正相关。结论DIR序列较FLAIR序列检查能够显示更多病灶,对诊断脑白质病变,指导临床预防及治疗具有一定意义。
Objective To study the application of MRI detection of double inversion recovery sequence in white matter lesions.Methods Twenty-seven patients with white matter lesions were enrolled.The DWI,FLAIR and DIR sequence MRI were performed.The number of lesions and SIR of the lesions were calculated by FLAIR and DIR sequences,and the correlation was analyzed with the ADC values of the selected ROI.Results The number of lesions:The lesions showed a high signal in the DIR sequence,with a total of 398,per capita(14.7±15.5);FLAIR sequence showed 239,per capita(10.8±10.2);the difference was statistically significant(Z=4.32,P=0.000).SIR:Among the 100 lesions selected,the mean SIR values of DIR and FLAIR were(6.35±3.71)and(3.50±1.61),respectively,and the two were statistically significant(Z=7.88,P=0.000).The number of lesions shown by both sequences was significantly positively correlated with the selected ROI.Conclusion DIR sequence can show more lesions than FLAIR sequence examination,which has certain significance for the diagnosis of white matter lesions and guiding clinical prevention and treatment.
