富马酸卢帕他定联合他克莫司治疗激素依赖性皮炎

LUPATADINE FUMARATE COMBINED WITH TACROLIMUS IN THE TREATMENT OF HORMONE DEPENDENT DERMATITIS

目的探讨激素依赖性皮炎的治疗方法。方法选择91例女性面部激素依赖性皮炎,将其随机分为治疗组(46)例和对照组(45例)。两组在外用0.1%他克莫司软膏的基础上,治疗组口服富马酸卢帕他定片,对照组口服左西替利嗪片,治疗8周后评定两组的临床效果及不良反应。结果治疗组治愈率为84.78%,对照组治愈率为66.67%,两组对比有统计学意义(χ2=4.07,P=0.044);治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为88.89%,治疗组优于对照组(χ2=5.41,P=0.02)。结论富马酸氯帕他定联合他克莫司治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎有较好的临床效果。

Objective To explore the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods A total of 91 female patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group(46)and control group(45 cases).On the basis of topical 0.1%tacrolimus ointment,the treatment group received oral rupatadine fumarate tablets in the treatment group,and left cetirizine tablets in the control group.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 84.78%,and the cure rate of the control group was 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.07,P=0.044).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 88.89%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(χ^2=5.41,P=0.02).Conclusion Clobetaidine fumarate combined with tacrolimus has a good clinical effect in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.
