第一届男篮亚洲杯中国男篮与对手攻防能力比较研究

A Comparison Study of Chinese Men Basketball Team Offensive and Defensive Ability Against the Rival in the First Asian Cup

运用文献资料法、对比分析法等方法,对第一届男篮亚洲杯中国男篮与对手的攻防能力进攻比较研究。结果表明:在进攻能力方面,中国男篮整体得分能力较强,争抢进攻篮板球积极,但罚球命中数和命中率较低;在防守能力方面,中国男篮整体防守能力较强,防守篮板球控制较好,场均失分较少,抢断能力不足,犯规次数较多。建议:提升球员身体素质,加强投篮训练,提高罚球命中数和命中率,增强进攻和防守篮板的争抢和保护,减少犯规数,提高抢断能力。

By using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis,this paper makes a comparative study on the offensive and defensive abilities of the Chinese men s basketball team and its opponents in the 1st Asian Men s Basketball Cup.The results show that:in offensive ability,the Chinese men s basketball team as a whole scoring ability is stronger,the offensive rebound is active,but the number of free throws and shooting rate is lower;in defensive ability,the Chinese men s basketball team as a whole defensive ability is stronger,defensive rebound control is better,the field average loss is less.however stealing ability is insufficient,and the number of fouls is more.Suggestions:Improve the physical fitness of players,strengthen shooting training,improve the number of free throws and shooting rate,enhance offensive and defensive rebound competition and protection,reduce fouls,and improve stealing ability.
