国家开放大学网络课程教学团队建设的实践探索——以审计学课程为例

Online Course Teaching Team Building in the Open University of China——Taking auditing as an example

国家开放大学是以现代信息技术为支撑,实施远程开放教育的新型高等学校。它依托覆盖全国城乡的远程开放教育办学系统和社会广泛参与的开放办学体制,通过组建行之有效的课程教学团队与行政管理团队,合理利用团队中每一个成员的知识、技能与特长协同工作,达到了完成教学任务、提高教学质量的共同目标。而其中教学团队里的网络课程团队起到了不可或缺的重要作用。

The Open University of China is a new type of higher learning institution, which is based on modern information technology and implements distance and open education. Practice shows that relying on the distance and open education system all over China and the wide participation of the open operation system, the Open University of China has set up an effective course teaching and administrative team, and achieved the common goal of completing teaching tasks and improving teaching quality by making use of knowledge, skills and expertise of each team member. Online course teaching team plays an indispensable role.
