社区教育数字化学习体系建设研究——以天津市和平区推进数字化学习城区建设为例

以超前谋划、以点带面、稳步开展、重点突破、逐步实施、全面推进为原则,以搭建数字化学习软件为平台,以加大硬件投入为基础,以整合利用现有数字化资源为重点,以配备专兼职结合的师资队伍为根本,以推广使用"市民终身学习卡"为纽带,以建立健全数字化学习机制为保障,不断更新社区教育的理念,全力推进社区教育数字化学习体系建设。

With the principle of "advance planning, point-to-face, steady development, key breakthroughs,gradual implementation, and comprehensive advancement", we will build a platform based on digitalized learning software, take increasing hardware investment as the starting point, and focus on integrating and utilizing existing digitalized resources. We take the combination of full-time and part-time teachers as the root, promote the use of"civilian lifelong learning card" as the link, and establish and improve the digitalized learning mechanism as the guarantee. We constantly update the conception of community education and make every effort to promote the building of a digitalized learning system for community education.
