高职院校在教学中落实立德树人根本任务的调查分析

Survey and Analysis of Carrying out the Fundamental Task of Morality and Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

从教师对立德树人根本任务教学目标的认识、融入教学中的占比、教学落实的融入路径、教学设计、教材的内容组织形式、教学资源设计等方面调查分析了立德树人根本任务目前在高职院校中教学落实的现状。调查本身强化了立德树人根本任务在教学中的落实。根据调查结果提出建立课程标准、研发职业素养手册、开发德技并存教材、建设数字化教学资源、加强教师能力素质培养、构建教学模式的具体路径和措施。

From the aspects of the understanding of the teaching task of morality and cultivation, the proportion of its fusion into teaching, path of teaching practice, teaching design, organizing form of textbook content,teaching resource development, etc., this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of morality and cultivation in the teaching practice of high vocational colleges, strengthens the carrying out of the fundamental task of morality and cultivation in teaching, and puts forward practicing path and measures according to survey,including forming curriculum standard, developing books on professional quality, developing textbooks integrating morality and expertise, building digitalized teaching resource, strengthening teachers’ professional ability, and building teaching models.
