Study on the Predicament of Integrated Development of Rural Industry in Sichuan-Shanxi Revolutionary Old District in Sichuan Province

推进四川省川陕革命老区农村产业融合发展对该地区的振兴有举足轻重的作用。立足四川省川陕革命老区农村产业融合发展的现实意义、基本原则及现实基础,文章重点分析了四川省川陕革命老区农村产业融合发展面临的问题:人们对农村产业融合存在认识偏差、农村产业融合发展的产业化基础薄弱、带动能力强的农村产业融合发展主体缺乏、农村产业融合发展存在要素瓶颈约束、农村产业融合发展面临管理体制和政策障碍、农村产业融合发展的相关基础设施建设滞后等。

Promoting the integration and development of rural industries in Sichuan-Shanxi Old Revolutionary District in Sichuan Province plays a pivotal role in the revitalization of the region. Based on its significance, principle and realistic basis, this article discusses the difficulties in the integration and development, which includes: misunderstanding of the connotation, weak industrialization foundation, lack of demonstrative development actors, bottleneck-constraint in essential factors, obstacles in management and policy system, and backwardness in infrastructure, etc.
