摘要
我国警务核查中存在未考虑犯罪时空分布特征、警务核查方案设计不科学、智能化水平不高等问题。以犯罪时空分析、数据挖掘、模式识别、机器学习、数学建模等为基础的新型智能化推荐警务核查模式具有防控重点明确、核查方案设计科学、智能化程度高等特点,在推动警务模式转型升级、提升驾驭复杂治安局势能力方面具有重要的现实作用。
Policing verification in China witnesses no considerations taken into spatial and temporal distribution characteristics, unscientific police verification schematic design and low intelligence level. The new-type of intelligence-based recommendation model of policing verification based on spatiotemporal analysis of crime, data mining, mode recognition, machine-aided learning and mathematical modeling is characterized by defined focus of prevention and control, scientific verification scheme and high level intellegence. The newly developed model plays a practical role in promotion of police mode transformation and upgrading of ability of managing the complex security situations.
