摘要
校园欺凌施暴者的人格障碍主要有反社会型、偏执型、情感型、爆发型和轻佻型五种,其形成原因主要有个体心理层面的低自我控制、人格结构混乱、移情的缺失、紧张状态下的社会失范和学生个体社会角色冲突,外部环境层面的学校良性引导不足、家庭纽带断裂和整体社会失范效应。应从加强诊断评估工具的介绍引入、定期人格障碍筛查、加强健康型家庭关系建设和增设心理课程与心理咨询场所四方面构建干预机制,以期从根源上消除校园欺凌。
Personality disorders of campus bullying perpetrators mainly fall into five types, namely, antisocial personality disorder, paranoid personality disorder, emotional personality disorder, explosive personality disorder and frivolous personality disorder, which are mainly attributed to the low self-control on individual psychological level,disordered personality structure, lack of empathy, social anomie under stress, individual social role conflicts,inadequate benign guidance in the external environment, broken family ties and the overall social anomie effects.Accordingly, efforts need to be made to construct the intervention mechanism through strengthening introduction of diagnostic assessment tools, making regular screening of personality disorders, enhancing construction of healthy family relationships and developing additional venues for psychology courses and the psychology consultations with a view to eliminating campus bullying at its root.
