以规范执法为导向的警察职业核心素养培养——以治安学专业为例

On Standardized Law Enforcement-oriented Police Professional Core Quality Training: A Case Study of Public Security Program

警察职业核心素养是能够适应警察工作和警察职业发展需要的警察职业价值观(或警察职业精神)和职业核心能力。当前警察职业素养培养存在目标笼统,职业核心素养不突出,重技能轻德育,激励淘汰机制缺失,课程设置不一,职业能力培养不足等问题,应科学界定警察职业核心素养,明确人才培养目标,注重职业价值观的养成,强化日常行为的规范考核,科学设定课程体系,加强职业核心能力培养。

The police professional core quality represents the police professional values and professional competence adapted to the demand of police service and police career development. The present police professional quality training witnesses generalized objectives, less prominent professional core quality, emphasis on skills training with less attention to moral education, lack of incentive and elimination mechanism, inconsistency in curriculum provision and inadequate vocational competence training. Therefore, efforts should be made to scientifically define the police professional core quality, clearly define talents training objective, lay emphasis on development of professional values,strengthen the standard examination for daily behaviors, scientifically develop curriculum system and intensify the training of professional core competence.
