中性硼硅玻璃安瓿与清开灵注射液相容性试验研究

Study on Compatibility of Neutral Borosilicate Glass Ampoule and Qingkailing Injection

目的:考察中性硼硅玻璃安瓿与清开灵注射液的相容性。方法:采用高温试验、强光照射试验、冻融试验、浸水试验、加速试验和长期试验进行药物相容性研究,验证药物包装材料与清开灵注射液的相容性。结果:中性硼硅玻璃安瓿包装的清开灵注射液在相应试验条件下稳定性良好。结论:中性硼硅玻璃安瓿可以作为清开灵注射液的包装材料,为其他中药注射液与包装材料的相容性研究提供参考。

OBJECTIVE: To inspect the compatibility of neutral borosilicate glass ampoule and Qingkailing injection. METHODS: High-temperature test, strong light exposure test, freeze-thaw test, submerging test, acceleration test and long-term test were carried out to study the drug compatibility of packaging materials and Qingkailing injection. RESULTS: Qingkailing injection with the packaging of neutral borosilicate glass ampoule remained good stability under each test condition. CONCLUSION: Neutral borosilicate glass ampoule can be used as a packaging material for Qingkailing injection, which provides reference for the compatibility study of other traditional Chinese medicine injections and packaging materials.
