408张门诊甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿关节炎处方用药分析

Analysis on the Application of Methotrexate Tablets in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis in 408 Outpatient Prescriptions

目的:了解门诊使用甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿关节炎的情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取2017年5月至2018年4月某三级甲等医院门诊涉及甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿关节炎的处方408张,涉及患者408例,对其用药情况进行统计与分析,评估用药合理性。结果:408例使用甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿关节炎的患者中,女性占84.31%(344例),男性占15.69%(64例);年龄9～78岁,平均年龄50岁;处方总用药品种数为1 557种,处方平均用药品种数为3.82种;处方总金额为149 672.56元,处方平均金额为366.84元;处方平均甲氨蝶呤片用量为20.90片;甲氨蝶呤片单独使用共33例次;甲氨蝶呤片与其他药品联合应用共1 174例次,涉及55种药品,与甲氨蝶呤片联合应用例次数排序居前5位的药品分别为美洛昔康片、来氟米特片、硫酸羟氯喹片、甲泼尼龙片和瑞巴派特片。结论:408张门诊甲氨蝶呤片治疗类风湿关节炎处方中药品的使用基本合理。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of Methotrexate tablets in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in outpatient, so as to provide references for rational drug application. METHODS: 408 outpatient prescriptions with application of Methotrexate tablets in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in a three-A level hospital from May 2017 to Apr. 2018 were randomly extracted, which had involved 408 patients, the rationality of drug application was evaluated by analyzing these prescriptions. RESULTS: Of the 408 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with Methotrexate tablets, 84.31% were female(344 cases), 15.69% were male(64 cases); aged between 9-78, with an average of 50 years old; a total of 1 557 kinds of drugs were involved, with an average of 3.82 kinds; the total amount was 149 672.56 yuan, with an average of 366.84 yuan; the average dosage of Methotrexate tablets was 20.90 tablets; Methotrexate tablets was applied alone in 33 case-times; Methotrexate tablets was combined applied with other drugs in a total of 1 174 case-times, involving 55 kinds of drugs, the top 5 ranked in the number of cases were respectively Meloxicam tablets, Leflunomide tablets, Hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets, Methylprednisolone tablets and Rebamipide tablets. CONCLUSIONS: The application of Methotrexate tablets in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in 408 outpatient prescriptions are generally rational.
