中国新时代共享经济的伦理意蕴与实现路径

Ethical Implication and Realization Path of Sharing Economy in the New Era in China

新时代中国特色社会主义共享经济思想是改变人类生活方式的一场资源革命与思想革命,具有深厚的思想渊源和伦理意蕴,是中国传统的"民本"与"俢睦"思想、马克思的共享正义思想、中国特色社会主义的"共同富裕"思想以及发展伦理学的可持续发展理念孕育的产物。在新时代背景下,共享经济的逐步推进不仅有助于实现市场资源的优化和区域之间的共享、建立陌生人之间的信任和非盈利性互动关系,而且有助于构建人类命运共同体,是建设现代化强国的重要经济与伦理支撑。然而,为了进一步推动共享经济的深入发展,还必须从消费理念、政府规制、企业平台和消费者行为4个层面强化对新时代共享经济的路径建设。

“The sharing economy”,as the revolution of resource and ideology,changes the way of human life in the new era.It has the profound ideological origin and ethical implication.It comes from the result of Chinese traditional peopleoriented and harmonious thoughts,Marx's idea of sharing justice,the thought of “common prosperity”of socialism with Chinese characteristics and developmental ethics'concept of sustainable development.In the new era,the progressive promotion of the sharing economy not only helps to realize the optimization of market resources and the sharing among regions and establish the relationship of trust and nonprofit interactions among strangers,but also helps to build a community of shared future for mankind.It is an important support of economics and ethics for building a modern powerful nation.However,in order to further promote the indepth development of the sharing economy,it is necessary to strengthen the path construction of the sharing economy in the new era from the four aspects: consumption concept,governmentregulation,enterpriseplatform and consumer behavior.
