摘要
为百两金高效栽培提供理论依据,利用光合作用测定系统对百两金的光合速率的日变化进行了研究.结果表明,百两金叶片净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,最高峰出现10:00,次高峰出现在16:00,有明显的"午休"现象,气孔因素是导致午休的主要原因.相关分析表明,百两金光合速率的主要影响因子为胞间CO2浓度和空气相对湿度.百两金叶片光能利用率随着光合有效辐射的增强而降低,说明百两金弱光利用的能力较强.
The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of Ardisia crispa and its eco-physiological factors was investigated using Li-COR portable photosynthesis system.The results showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ) of Ardisia crispa in sunny day varied with double peak curve,and the highest peak occurred at 10:00,the second at 16:00,showing obvious midday depression,which were mainly controlled by stomatal limitation.Correlation analysis showed that the dominantly influencing factors of net photosynthetic rate of Ardisia crispa were intercellular CO2 concentration ( Ca ) and relative humidity of air ( RH ).Light use efficiency ( LUE ) was decreased with the increase of photosynthetically active radiation ( PAR ),which indicated that Ardisia crispa had rather greater potential to utilize poor light.
