农业高校建设“双创”基地的理念、探索和成效——以河北农业大学为例

Building Demonstration Bases for Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Serving Innovation Driven Development: A case study of Hebei Agricultural University

按国家的部署和要求,高校建设大众创业万众创新示范基地要重点围绕人才培养、科技创新、成果转化、创业支持、双创支撑等方面统筹推进,是一项系统性工程。文章基于河北农业大学在推进国家大众创业万众创新示范基地建设的经验,阐述了学校在建设过程中的方案设计和实施路径,总结了阶段建设成果和成效经验,提出了下一步工作目标和聚焦方向,以期为同类高校提供参考和借鉴。

According to the requirement of government, the demonstration of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in highereducation is a systematic project, which involves talent cultivation, scientific and technological innovation, achievement transformation, related supportive mechanism, etc. Based on the experience of demonstration of base in Hebei Agricultural University, this article tries to explain the scheme design and implementation in detail, summarize results and experience, and put forward the objectives in order to offer some information for other higher institutions for reference.
