摘要
为了研究密集建筑物下大采深条带开采方案的合理性,以高家堡煤矿一盘区为研究背景,选取朱家沟村庄下开采为研究对象,基于概率密度函数基本理论分析条带采宽和留宽的合理范围并提出方案。在保证地表村庄建筑物不发生破坏的前提下,应用威尔逊理论对各个方案的煤柱稳定性进行初步筛选。应用FLAC3D数值模拟,对不同采、留宽条带开采参数及开采地表移动变形进行了预计模拟以确定最终方案,并通过地表沉陷预计软件(YLH-12)进行验证。研究结果表明,条带开采采宽取120m,留宽130m,能够实现在地表村庄建筑物下的安全经济开采。
In order to study reasonability of strip mining scheme in deep under densely construction, it taking the first panel of Gaojiapu coal mine as background, so mining under Zhujiagou village as studying object, strip mining and layout width were analyzed based on probability density function theory and its scheme was put forward. Coal pillar stability of all schemes was selected by Wilson theory on the premise of no failure of surface construction. The last scheme was put forward based on strip mining parameters and surface movement deformation under different mining and layout width were simulated by FLAC3D software, and verified by surface subsidence estimate software (YLH-12). The results showed that safety and economic mining could realized as mining and layout width were 120m and 130m, respectively.
