高瓦斯综放工作面陷落柱影响区精准超前深孔注浆加固研究 被引量:5

摘要 常村煤矿为解决陷落柱a Xn9对S3-13工作面回采的影响,首先采用地质力学测试对S3-13工作面区域进行了地应力分析,确定采用精准超前深孔注浆工艺对陷落柱进行预加固处理,针对水泥浆液的特点,开发了水泥添加剂(水泥改性液),水灰比为0. 7,添加剂用量15%,浆液结石体的粘结性能最好。精准预注浆采用水泥改性浆液和化学浆液复合注浆方式,注浆压力不小于25MPa,注浆完毕后,工作面回采过程中进行了现场检测,结果表明:通过胶带巷精准超前深孔预注浆,陷落柱影响区恢复完整,保证了工作面正常生产。 The S3-13 working face was influenced by collapse column aXn9 in Changcun coal mine in Lu’ an mine district of Shanxi province. First, in-situ stress distribution characteristics of S3-13 working face was tested, and then acurately advance and deeply bore grouting reinforcement was applied, aim at characteristics of cement fluid, and development cement additive (cement modified liquid), the adhesive property of cement stone achieved the best as water cement ratio and dosage were 0. 7 and 15%, respectively. So cement modified liquid and chemical grout were applied combining, grouting pressure was not less than 25MPa, field testing was proceed during working face mining after grouting. The results showed that influence area of collapse column was recovered integrity after accurate and pre-grouting, and ensured safety mining of working face.
