摘要 本文提出一种基于区块链技术构建的食品安全追溯系统,基于物联网、云计算和区块链等先进技术构建,将传统追溯系统与区块链技术进行融合,实现对农副产品种植、加工、检测、仓储、运输、销售等农业生产全过程的追溯,确保农副产品源头可追溯、流向可跟踪、信息可查询、责任可追究,保障公众消费和食品安全。 This paper presents a food safety traceability system based on block chain technology, based on the construction of advanced technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing and block chain, the traditional traceability system is integrated with block chain technology to realize traceability of the whole process of agricultural production such as planting, processing, testing, warehousing, transportation and sales of agricultural by-products, to ensure traceability of the source, flow direction, information inquiry and accountability of agricultural by-products, and to ensure public consumption and food safety.
