壮药裸花水竹草中的bracteanolide A的含量测定研究

摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对裸花水竹草中bracteanolide A的含量进行测定。方法高效液相色谱法进行含量测定的色谱条件为:采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水溶液(1.5∶8.5);流速为0.6 m L·min-1;检测波长为340 nm;柱温为25℃。结果 Bracteanolide A在0.006 25~0.100 0μg范围与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率为100.74%。结论本试验首次建立了裸花水竹草中的bracteanolide A的含量测定方法,简便、准确、重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于裸花水竹草中的bracteanolide A含量测定。 Objective To study the contents of bracteanolide A in Murdannia nudiflora (Linn.) Brenan by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic condition of assaying by HPLC was to use Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm) with acetonitrile-water (1.5 ∶ 8.5) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.6 mL·min -1 .The UV detection wavelength was 340 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The linear range of bracteanolide A was 0.006 25~0.100 0 μg.The average recovery was 100.74%. Conclusion This method was the first study of the content of bracteanolide A in M.nudiflora (Linn.) Brenan.The method was simple,reliable,reproducible and accurate.It was mainly used for the assaying of bracteanolide A in M.nudiflora (Linn.) Brenan.
