计算机辅助药物设计(CADD)作为一门迅速发展的新兴学科,在天然药物分子的筛选与设计等方面发挥着重要的作用,为天然药物的发现与发展指明方向。因此将计算机辅助药物设计技术应用到天然药物化学教学实践中,有助于医药专业学生更加深入的了解及探究对天然药物化学。本文将从天然药物化学教学过程中的教学现状进行总结与评价,并对计算机辅助药物设计技术在药物研究以及天然药物化学课程中应用和教学意义进行初步的探讨,从而来改革天然药物化学课堂教学和构建更合理有效的教学形式。

As a fast-growing emerging discipline,computer aided-drug design(CADD) plays an immeasurable role and indicates the direction for the discovery and development of natural medicine in the screening of natural drug molecules and design aspects.Therefore,the application of CADD technology to the teaching practice of natural medicinal chemistry will help the medical students to understand and explore the natural medicinal chemistry more deeply.This article summarized and evaluated the teaching status in the teaching process of natural medicinal chemistry and the application and teaching significance of CADD technology in the course of pharmaceutical research and natural medicinal chemistry were discussed preliminarily.Thus it was necessary to reform the classroom teaching of natural medicinal chemistry and build a more reasonable and effective teaching form.
